All’Antico Vinaio

This place is iconic for a reason. Yes, it gets busy—but if you time it right (go early or off-hours), it’s absolutely worth it. I always order La Paradiso—porchetta, truffle cream, and pecorino… literal heaven in sandwich form.

Gusto Leo

Super casual and right near the Duomo. It’s perfect if you’re in the middle of sightseeing and want something easy. I’ve had great pizza here, but I actually think their pastas are underrated.
