So, I just got back from Rome last week, and let me tell you, I stayed in the countryside for about 10 days. And you know what? Every time I go back, I fall more and more in love with Rome!
Here's something you might not know: outside the center of Rome, the countryside looks a lot like Tuscany. It's stunning! There are beautiful vineyards and olive trees everywhere you look. And get this, Rome is only 20 minutes away from the beach! How crazy is that? You don't really think of the beach when you think of Rome, right? But it's there, and it's amazing!
If I had to move to Italy, I would definitely consider Rome because of so many factors.
The center of Rome is so rich in history and there are always things to do
The beach is 20 minutes away
The Roman cuisine is AMAZING
There are mountains 25 minutes away in another direction
It looks like Tuscany
The people are extremely friendly
Great shopping
