đˇ The Dream Wine Tour in Tuscany Youâll Never Forget
3 Wineries, Endless Wine, and the Most Beautiful Day in Chianti
There are days when everything feels alignedâthe views, the people, the food, the wine. This day was one of them.
I recently booked the Chianti wine tour with Angela Personal Tuscan Tour and it was, without exaggeration, one of the best days Iâve ever had in Italy. The tour included three wineries in the Chianti region, each with its own personality, flavors, and charm. From a rustic olive oil tasting to a beautiful lunch in a restored cellar, and a final tasting on a terrace with panoramic viewsâit felt like living inside a postcard.
Let me walk you through the experience.
đ Morning Pickup from Florence
The day began with a seamless pickup in Florence. No planning, no stress. We hopped into a comfortable van and were greeted by our guide, who was warm, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about Tuscany.
As we left the city, the landscape began to shift: golden hills, winding roads, vineyards glowing in the morning sun. Thatâs when it really hit meâwe were about to spend the day drinking wine in the Tuscan countryside. Life felt very, very good.
đ§ First Winery: Cheese, Olive Oil & a Warm Welcome
Our first stop was a rustic, family-run winery that instantly felt like home. We were welcomed with open arms and led to a charming tasting space where we tried three local wines, paired with their own freshly pressed olive oil and a selection of regional cheeses.

Everything was simple and authentic. It set the tone for the rest of the dayâunpretentious, full of heart, and completely unforgettable.
đˇ Second Winery: A Tuscan Cellar, Vineyard Tour & Lunch
Next, we arrived at a stunning vineyard with a beautifully renovated cellarâcool and elegant, filled with wine barrels and warm details. The owner, who greeted us herself, was incredibly sweet and passionate. She gave us a private tour of the property, leading us through their vineyards and olive trees, sharing stories about the land and how their winery came to life.

Afterward, we sat down for a proper Tuscan lunch paired with three of their wines. Everything was homemade and served with love. The space, the hospitality, the flavorsâit all felt very personal, very local, and completely immersive.
đ Third Winery: A Terrace Overlooking the Chianti Hills
Our final stop was a classic Tuscan estate with one of the most breathtaking terraces Iâve ever seen. The view stretched across the Chianti countryside, with rows of vines, hilltop villages, and that signature warm light Tuscany is known for.

We tasted three more wines, plus a glass of vin santoâa sweet, traditional dessert wineâserved alongside cheeses and chocolate. It was the perfect finale. Slow, beautiful, and deeply satisfying. Sitting on that terrace, sipping wine with the sun on my face, I genuinely didnât want the day to end.
đ Return to Florence
But like all good things, the day had to wrap up. Around 5 PM, our lovely guide drove us back to Florence and dropped us off right in the city center. No scrambling for transport, no logistics to worry aboutâjust a peaceful ride home after a perfect day.
I stepped out of the van full, slightly tipsy, and totally in love with Tuscany all over again.
đ Final Thoughts
This wasnât just a wine tourâit was a beautifully curated experience. Thoughtful, slow, and filled with heart. If you want to see the real Chianti and taste incredible wines without the stress of planning or driving, this is the tour to book.
Itâs perfect for couples, friends, or even solo travelers looking to be immersed in Tuscanyâs most delicious traditions.
Iâll absolutely do it again.
Sounds fantastic đ¤
